We are looking for an experienced, organized, and proactive Condominium Manager to lead the operational, financial, and relationship management of residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties. This professional will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the condominium, promoting the upkeep of common areas, the quality of contracted services, compliance with internal rules and applicable regulations, and clear, respectful communication among residents, board members, vendors, and service providers.
The Condominium Manager serves as a central figure in the property’s administrative routine, overseeing contracts, supervising in-house and outsourced teams, controlling budgets, supporting meetings, and implementing continuous improvements in internal processes. This role requires strong negotiation skills, the ability to handle conflicts, an analytical mindset for monitoring performance indicators, and the interpersonal sensitivity needed to address residents’ needs with balance, ethics, and professionalism.
Key duties include planning and monitoring preventive and corrective maintenance, managing required documents and records, supporting budget forecasting, monitoring delinquency together with responsible departments, and ensuring compliance with contracts related to cleaning, concierge services, security, landscaping, elevators, and other essential services. The role also supports initiatives related to property security, sustainability, accessibility, and real estate asset appreciation.
